2024 Tour Registration

Special Note: The 2024 Tour has Room!

There has been some uncertainty about our tour over the past 5 months due to the war in Gaza. While the fighting continues in the southern part of Gaza and to a much more limited extend on Israel’s northern border with Lebanon, travel with Israel itself is safe and the biblical sites are open. Already a number of groups have toured the land without incident and report that life in Israel has returned to normal.

Several of our tour members have had to cancel their reservations due to unexpected health issues or schedule changes. Some others have already signed up to take the place of others, but we still have room for you to join us! Please register as soon as possible but before March 29, 2024.

How to Register for the 2024 Holy Land Tour

Follow these instructions to complete the required forms and send your deposit. A registration application is not valid until you have completed all three steps below.

1. Submit your Registration Information

Complete a separate online Registration Form for each tour participant in your family.

2. Sign the Tour Documents

Download the following tour forms, open the documents to sign and date electronically (instructions), then submit by email attachment to Dr. Reimers; or print, sign, scan, then submit by email attachment. If you prefer, you can print the forms, sign them, and mail to Dr. Reimers at this address:

3. Choose a Payment Option

To complete your reservation application you must also submit a deposit: $400 per person for the standard Israel tour (this amount applies toward the total cost) or $500 per person for Israel plus the Jordan/Egypt extension. You may combine the deposit amount for multiple family members on one payment. Once your reservation is accepted, $100 of the deposit becomes non-refundable.

  • To pay by credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover), please use the online Credit Card Payment Form, or provide your 15 or 16-digit number, the expiration date, the 3 or 4-digit security code, and your billing zip code by email or phone: 864-907-3657.
  • To pay by mail, make your check payable to Bob Jones University and send to Dr. Reimers at the mailing address above.

Other Important Information

  • Seating is limited (first-come basis).
  • The full deposit becomes non-refundable on February 1, 2024. The final payment is due on March 1, 2024. Please use the payment options above and do not submit partial payments.
  • Those desiring three hours of college or seminary credit must register through the BJU Registrar’s Office (beginning in April), which will charge a $65 tuition fee to your student account.
