How to Register for the Fall 2027 Holy Land Tour

Follow these instructions to complete the required forms and send your deposit. Your registration for the tour is not complete until you have completed all three steps below.

1. Submit your Registration Information

Complete a separate online Registration Form for each tour participant in your family.

2. Sign the Tour Documents

Download the following tour forms, open the documents to sign and date them electronically (see instructions), then submit by email attachment to Dr. Reimers; or print, sign, scan, then submit by email attachment. If you prefer, you can print the forms, sign them, and mail to Dr. Reimers at this address: Seminary 217, 1700 Wade Hampton Blvd., Greenville, SC 29614

3. Submit Your Deposit

When we receive your registration form, we will send you an email with a secure credit card payment link for you to use to pay your deposit.

• $400 per person for the standard Israel tour (this amount applies toward the total cost), or
• $500 per person for Israel plus the Jordan/Egypt extension.

Once your registration is accepted, $100 of the deposit per person becomes non-refundable.

Other Important Information

• Seating is limited (first-come basis).
• The full deposit becomes non-refundable on July 2, 2027. The final payment is due by August 18, 2027 (registered tour members will receive an invoice). Please do not submit partial payments.
• Those desiring three hours of college or seminary credit must register through the BJU Registrar’s Office (beginning in April), which will charge a $65 tuition fee to your student account.
